Located 8 kilometers outside Humansdorp on the tar road to Hankey and only 21 kilometers from Jeffreys Bay, this prime commercial livestock and animal feed farm is now available for your serious consideration. The scenic farm consists of 550 hectares, 540 hectares of which are game fenced. The Kabeljouws River sneaks through the farm for 2 kilometers. Irrigation on the farm consists of 50 hectares serviced by 3 pivots, 5 hectares under drag lines as well as 30 hectares suitable for dry land production. 13 Hectares measured arable land is still to be developed. Centrally located on the farm there is a large dam, registered for irrigation with 46 000 cubic meters capacity. The farm has 3 registered bore holes with a total capacity of 42 cubic meters. The farm consists of 18 grazing camps with fencing in excellent condition. Each camp has watering points with cribs. There are 4 large sheds on the farm, including a new steel construction structure 30 X 21 meters, 20 X 12, 10 X 6 and 11 X 7 meters. There are 25 kW solar panels installed. The dwellings on the farm consist of a modern roomy house (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 garages).
The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom and walk-in dressing area. Both the lounge (6 x 15 meters) and TV lounge (7 x 8 meters) each features its own fireplace, and the spacious stoep features a built-in braai.
