Na verskeie versoeke van ons kliënte het ons (Agri-land Welcome Properties) besluit om landbou toerusting te koop by ons aanbiedinge te voeg.

Neem asseblief kennis van die volgende terme en voorwaardes wat van toepassing sal wees op die verkope van landbou toerusting –

• Ons plaas slegs kopers en verkopers in kontak met mekaar. Ons is nie self die verkoper van die geadverteerde toerusting nie.
• Alle toerusting word Voetstoots verkoop en dus kan u ons nie aanspreeklik hou vir enige defekte, latent of sigbaar, daarin nie.
• U kan ons nie aanspreeklik hou vir enige gevolg- of ander spesiale skade wat u ly as gevolg van defektiewe toerusting nie.
• Risiko is by die koper wat aflewering betref.

After several requests from our clients, we (Agri-land Welcome Properties) have decided to add agricultural equipment for sale to our offerings.

Please take note that the following conditions and terms will apply to such sales –

• We only connect buyers and sellers. We are not the seller of the advertised equipment.
• All equipment is sold Voetstoots and therefore you cannot hold us responsible for any defects, latent or patent, therein.
• You cannot hold us liable for any consequential or other special damages due to defective equipment.
• Risk falls to the buyer where delivery is concerned.
